On the sixth day of September, the news reached us, striking our hearts deeply—Steve Roden had passed away. In this moment of sorrow, we pondered upon the numerous extraordinary albums filled with inspiration that he had bestowed upon us. Thus, in a flash of inspiration, we decided to create this humble tribute to a great innovator of ambient music. Our homage ventures into the multiple facets of Roden's sound, seeking to explore them and, simultaneously, to render them intimate and narrative, like the story of each of us. With a profound affection for Roden, we offer you this album, like a beam of light in the darkness of his absence.
